The most successful captain in Cavaliers history, having guided Cavaliers 3 to the 2007 Division 2 title, and then backing it up by leading Cavaliers 2 to glory in the 2008 Division 1 championship, all by the age of 22. Made his Premier debut towards the end of the 2008 season and showed he could mix it with the big boys with some solid performances, after dominating Division 1 with 300 + runs and close to 30 wickets. Will become a permanent Premier division player in 2009, adding a left hand bat to the middle order and providing swing and accuracy with the ball.

After playing for Blackhawks in 2008, Vikram has moved to Cavaliers for the 2009 season. Aggressive middle order batsman, will be looking to score heavily in 2009 and push his way into the premier team. Is developing his part-time leggies, with a bit more work he should be able to contribute with the ball too. Represented Calgary U/19s in 2008.

Cavaliers youngest player, at just 16, Vaibhav has joined Cavaliers full-time after floating for us last year whilst playing for Colts. Has all-round potential, will be looking to further develop his skills with bat and ball in Division 1, and prepare himself for the step up to Premier Division as well as city and provincial u/19 teams.
Sachin Pupneja
Highest run-scorer in Division 1 in 2008, Sachin was instrumental in Cavaliers 2 championship season, and will be knocking on the door for Premier team selection in 2009. Aggressive batsman who usually opens, but could be valuable in the middle order too. Can bowl both leg spin and medium pace to add value to the team. Sachin is also on the Cavaliers Executive as the VP Membership.

After 3 years on the fringes of the Premier team, Ganesh will be a vital part of the batting order for Cavaliers 2 in 2009. He will be trying to replicate his from from 2007, where as part of the Cavaliers 2 foray into Premier Division he scored close to 200 runs including a 99 against United. Can bowl useful medium pace, using his height to trouble good batsmen with his bounce and his ability to cut the ball.
